Episode 58: Show Up How You Want To Be Seen

How To Overcome Your Emotions And Take Control Of Your Actions

CREATEU-Ep58-Featured

There are times when you just don’t feel like doing whatever is in front of you. And when you don’t feel like it, then you risk acting in ways that aren’t in your best interest and may even give the wrong impression to those around you. So what do you do to snap out of the “I don’t feel like it” phase and take control of your actions?

On today’s show, I’m going to be sharing how you can overcome your emotions and take control of your actions so that you are proud of yourself and how you showed up in your situation. So, if you’ve ever said, “I don’t feel like it” to yourself and would like to overcome your emotions instead of being a slave to them, then listen to today’s episode as I challenge you to show up how you want to be seen.
